Pool Closure

Due to a failed inspection the pool will be closed until Monday June 30th. The findings included: food in the pool, furniture too close to the edge of pool, and general debris/personal items in the pool. To avoid this in the future, please keep furniture next to the fence, no eating or drinking in the pool and leave areas clean.

This doesn’t really come as a surprise as there have been many complaints of pool violations to date regarding all the above as well as after hour pool usage.

We’d ask that all homeowners take pride and responsibility for keeping the pool area clean and follow the pool rules, which can be found on the SCP Living web site (scpliving.com).
